Fifth commandment.148152137 std-1-

Kill me once shame on you, kill me twice, cant get prosecuted again.

The Fifth Commandment (born July 4, 1776) of the Declaration of Independents states that you will have due process, double jeopardy (good show) and self incrimination. Except for murder because thou shalt NOT kill.

Text Edit

"Thou shalt NOT be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." - God

Due process Edit

Unlike other countries who sometimes dont even give you a trial, EVERYBODY in America gets a fair trial to be judged by a jury of there peers. However, some people dont even deserve a trial. Like terrorists. Why give this some terrorist a trial when he didnt give his victims a trial? I say we just put a bullet threw his head and charge his family for the cost. And dont get me started on sex offenders. They do NOT deserve rights and if anyone tries to sex offend MY daughter he will NOT get a trial. I will sentence him to death by torture and I will enjoy every minute of it. I am a MAN.

Double jeopardy Edit

Double jeopardy means you can NOT be in jeopardy twice. That means that you can NOT be tried for the same crime more then once so if youre husband frames you for his murder and it turns out hes alive, well you can kill him because you were already convicted of the crime before. Its what are founding fathers intended. However if you try and kill your wife and theres a bullet in her head, it doesnt matter that you were already tried and vindicated because once you take that bullet out its murder which is a whole new crime.

Double jeopardy more like double standardsEdit

I somehow got charged with DUI in Chicago even though I already had a DUI from a few years earler. Ever heard of the Constitution libtards? I can NOT be charged with the same crime twice. Leave it to Chicago to not show any respect to the Founding Fathers. What a culture of corruption. Soon we will kick Obama and his Chicago crew out of office.

Self Incrimination Edit

If you plead the 5th that means you do NOT have to incriminate yourself. Usually this is used by guilty people, however once it was heroically used by Ollie North so it can sometimes be used by innocent patroits also.
