Charles Atlas was the most powerful man in the world and literally carried the world on his shoulders until one day he was taxed to much and decided to do a maxout set of shoulder shrugs after he which he threw the weight down hard which all REAL MEN do at the gym. Atlas did a lot of isometric exercises which made him so strong he became a titan of the bodybuilding industry. This brought him a lot of fame and money. However Obama then restored the tax rates to the same rate as under Reagan, which is socialism. So Atlas retired and moved to Mt. Olympus.
